the life of Melody

My name is Melody Bean, I am 16 and a junior at Deer Valley High School. I grew up with seven brothers and no sisters. I guess you could say Ive been driving down a very bumpy road my whole life , but i learn more after every mistake or problem Ive gotten myself into. Having seven brothers growing up is the most difficult thing I think a girl can go threw. I never got away with anything, learned how to fight by all of them gaining up on me when least expecting it, i took the fall for them every time and still do till this day but most importantly i learned about respect and responsibility. I don't think i would be the person i am today if it wasn't for them. My parents are divorced which also never made my life easy. I hate when divorced parents put there kids in the middle of everything they argue about saying were the reason why their arguing about that one thing because its to benefit us in the end, but in reality its to benefit one of them. After awhile things can become ridiculous and they are to selfish to realize it. I am the last one out of all my moms kids to move out but the first to go to college. Knowing I am going to be the first in my family to go to college motivates me more to wanting to go, because of right now its like a ticking time bomb for my family.. just waiting for the last Bean child to drop out and make my life a reck just like everyone else. With everyone underestimating me all the time makes me work harder to prove them wrong.
