I think parents need to be punished for leaving their children in a hot car by either getting their children taken away for abuse or go to jail for neglect. Its not fair to children to be left in a hot car to cook and sometimes even die. Parents who do those kind of things should not be parents because if they cant be responsible enough to remember or take their kid into a store then they shouldn't have kids.
